“In continental Europe there are over 20,000 different key profiles, and recognizing them accurately has always seemed impossible,” says Massimo Biagi, CTO of Keyline S.p.A. “Thanks to an extraordinary team effort, we developed the prototype in just four months and, a little over a year later, the final version was ready. Today, KeyOsk by Keyline® reads, identifies, and cuts a flat key in under three minutes.”

With an automatic storage capacity of 4,400 keys, cloud IoT connectivity, native EDI flows, a modular architecture with barcode Smart Cartridges, and 24/7 testing over more than 80,000 cutting cycles without maintenance, it has proven to be a highly reliable and easy-to-use machine. All of this is entirely designed and developed in Italy: software, mechanics, electronics, and optics.”
