The beginning of the year has been filled with exciting new developments. Here at Keyline, we welcomed two new entities: Allmatic and ACS.
Allmatic's expertise, synonymous with Italian quality in automation since 1989, strengthens and enhances the product offerings of both companies. This union lays the foundation for a digital acceleration that will allow us to pursue challenging projects in the field of cybersecurity. The enthusiasm is strong, and we are truly excited to embark on this adventure that represents evolutionary growth for both Keyline and Allmatic.
The acquisition of the ACS business unit, on the other hand, pushes us to refine our skills in the design and production of machines for the assembly and processing of keys, locks, padlocks, and cylinders. This is an important step for Keyline, which will be able to target the industrial market segment with its offerings. Initiative, vibrancy, and sharing. These are the values that have guided us in the first part of the year. We anticipate demanding and sometimes tough work, but we approach it with great enthusiasm and passion.
