KEYLINE ACQUIRES EBZ System-Service
We are pleased to announce that the Bianchi 1770 Group has now acquired all assets, projects, brands and intellectual property of EBZ Systems-Service of Hilterfingen (CH).
Present and future machines will be manufactured and delivered by Keyline S.p.A. of Conegliano (Italy), the competence center of our group for the electronic key machines which are used all over the world by professional locksmiths, key cutting centers, security companies, lock manufacturers and automotive companies. Keyline has in operation over 25.000 key machines in the world which are permanently serviced by our skilled technician and are producing duplicates or original keys every day.
Production in Italy will be supervised by Mr. Hans Zulliger, the inventor of the present line of high performance EBZ machines.
Sales, product development, installations and technical assistance will be continued by Mr. Joerg Peters through his own company Mechatronic-Service GmbH of Rosengarten (D), with whom Keyline has signed a long term partnership. Mechatronic-Service will represent the interests of Keyline as far as EBZ machines are concerned, globally.
